This policy applies to visitors of our marketing site (including shopynn.vercel.app and any custom domain), businesses that sign up for Shopynn, and users invited to a customer’s Shopynn account (e.g. staff, managers). If you interact with a retailer that uses Shopynn, that business may also process your data under its own policies. Where we process data on their behalf, we act as a service provider to that business.

We may collect: • Account and business details — name, email, phone, company name, address, subscription plan. • Authentication data — login email, password (stored hashed), session tokens. • Usage data — pages viewed, features used, device type, IP address, browser, approximate location from IP. • Support and marketing — messages you send via contact forms, newsletter email, and support tickets. • Payment-related metadata — billing references processed by our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers on our servers). You choose what to enter in forms. Some fields are required to create an account or use the service.

We use personal data to: • Provide, secure, and improve the Shopynn platform. • Create and manage accounts, subscriptions, and trials. • Send service emails (welcome, password reset, security alerts, billing). • Respond to “Talk to us” and support requests. • Send marketing newsletters where you have subscribed (you may unsubscribe anytime). • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Depending on your location, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, B2B marketing to business contacts), consent (newsletter, optional cookies), and legal obligation.

We share data only as needed with: • Infrastructure and hosting providers. • Email delivery providers. • Payment processors for subscriptions. • Professional advisers or authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep account data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after closure for backups, billing records, and legal compliance. Marketing subscriber lists are updated when you unsubscribe.

We use technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and hashed passwords. See our Security page for more detail. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Shopynn is a business product not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice.
